The Mindful Community Meal – Thursday 31st August from 12:30pm to 2:30pm at The Broomhouse Hub (79-89 Broomhouse Crescent) Come along for a free meal and relax in a calming environment centred around wellbeing. Try some calming balms, mindful colouring and other relaxing activities.
